Live to Give: UNICEF + Philippines Typhoon Haiyan

Last week I read this article; Americans Don’t Really Care About Typhoon Haiyan, Study Says. I was devastated because I tweeted about it, gave money to another organization and am doing my best to stay informed. That article inspired this edition of Live to Give. My intention with this post, regardless if people give to this organization or not they’ll remember to do their part.

The organization being featured this time is UNICEF. According to its website, as of De. 6 6.7 million children have been affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. This is an organization that I believe in because of the quick action and respect it has for helping children in need around the world.

Please join me in supporting the children who lives have changed from this disaster.

More information, including ways to donate, can be found here.

Let’s not forget about helping those in need!
